  • When would my account get approved?
An account would be approved in 2 working days. Your business information will be verified based on the information you provided when you registered. Please provide true information such as your business name, your business address, and contact details. Your IP will also be verified as well. If your IP address doesn’t match your business address, or we can’t find your business information on Google or Companies House, it might delay the approval of your account.

Please also provide your business information in the correct format, e.g. VAT numbers or phone numbers. Otherwise it would delay the approval.

Businesses or IP addresses in or around Manchester won’t be approved directly. It needs further information.

Use your business email address to register will help to get approval faster.

  • When will my order get shipped?
We offer same day shipping if the order has been paid for by 11:00am Monday-Friday. Orders paid for later than 11:00am will be shipped the next working day. Please see Delivery and Returns for more information.
  • How often do you receive new deliveries?
We have new deliveries weekly. Please check our website regularly.
  • Do you ship to my country?
We have shipping service to all the European countries, as well as North America, Africa, Middle East, and South America.
  • What size is S, M, and L?
Our Size S is UK size 8. Size M is UK size 10. Size L is UK size 12.
  • Can I split the packs?
Unfortunately we cannot split any packs. We only sell in ratio packs which are usually 8 pieces. A full breakdown of sizes is given on each styles product information.
  • Can I use your pictures on my website?
If you have bought from us and then yes. Pictures should be used ONLY for re-selling of the product and not for Marketing / Advertising/ Promotional activities outside your own retail shop or website. You cannot use our blogger pictures as we DO NOT have permissions for you to use.
  • How do I view the prices for items?
You need to login to your account in order to view the prices. If you don’t have an account, please register first.
  • Do I have to pay VAT (Value Added Tax)?

20% Vat is only applied to all the UK customers, and EU customers who do not have a valid VAT number.

Customers from outside of the EU will not be charged VAT, but may have to pay local import charges when receiving the goods.

  • How do I track my order?

We use DPD, DPD Local, and DHL to post your orders. Please visit the following carriers’ websites to track your orders with the tracking numbers we provided.

  • How do I return an item?

Damages and returns must be notified to us within 2 days of receiving goods.

Items must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving delivery in its original condition.

  • What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is one pack.
  • Do you offer drop shipping?
We do not offer drop shipping.
